Deals & Powerbanks
- Use the Pawa app.
- The app provides you with a city map/list that displays the closest hub locations to you.
- Select a restaurant on the map or in the list view.
- Choose a time slot when you want to redeem the deal.
- The deal is booked – now you’re good to go!
- How to rent: Let’s break down the steps to renting a power bank:
- Download the “pawa” app and sign up.
- Scan the QR code on the charging box.
- Get your power bank and use it on the go.
- Return the power bank to any hub location.
- How to return:
- Return to the same or any nearby hub use the Pawa app.
- Insert the power bank in an available slot.
- When ordering, show your booked deal to the staff. When paying, select Redeem and swipe to confirm – and you’re all set!
- If not utilized, booked deals automatically expire overnight.
- How long: Every phone is different, most cases within 30min to 1 hour should be enough.
- What devices: Mobile phone with lightning, micro-USB or Type-C ports. Also device such as camera, Bluetooth earphone, e-cigarette and handheld game player..
Payment & Rentals
- We offer several payment options, such as credit/debit card, Paypal and iDeal, giving you the freedom to choose the method that suits you best.
- Power bank rental starts when unlocked (first 5 min free). Return durations in 30 or 60-minute blocks, rounding up. One-day rental lasts 24 hours from start.
- Failure to return the power bank within five days incurs a €25,- fee for the rental period and an additional €25,- penalty. In such cases, you can keep the power bank without the need for return.
- Contact us within 14 days of the payment with your Pawa account email, transaction ID, date, and a clear issue description. We’re here to assist if any problems arise.
- Deal booking doesn’t reserve a table. Call the restaurant to reserve separately.
- Pawa Tasty is all about discovering new restaurants for on-site experiences. Deals typically don’t apply to delivery or takeout, but it’s best to check with the restaurant.

- Currently, it is not possible to rent more than one powerbank at a time, but invite friends to download the Pawa app and get free charging minutes for both when they sign up using your referral code.
- No, feel free to return the power bank to any convenient Pawa station. Our network allows flexible returns, letting you move around during the rental period.
- Navigate to “Profile” → “Walet” → “Upgrade to any plan or downgrade to Flex plan to cancel membership.”
- Yes, two people can share a power bank, but charging two devices simultaneously will slow down the charging speed. It’s faster to use separate power banks.
- If your device is off, you’ll need to charge it a bit or use your bank card for the rental:
- Insert/tap your bank card at the station terminal.
- Ask a friend nearby to rent a power bank for you.
- Once your device powers up, install the app to locate the closest Pawa hub for power bank returns.
