Data Deletion and Account Removal

You may delete your PawaTasty account and all associated personal data directly from within the app.

Delete My Account (In-App)

If you wish to permanently delete your account, go to:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

When you confirm this action:

• Your account will be closed and all personal data associated with it will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
• This request is irreversible and counts as a formal data-deletion request under applicable privacy laws.
• You will see a confirmation message such as:
  “We have received your data-deletion request (Ref. #12345). Deletion will finish within 30 days unless legal obligations require us to keep certain data.”
• The deletion process is normally completed within 30 days.
• If you change your mind before deletion is finalized, you can contact support via the in-app help section to cancel your request.

Legal and Technical Exceptions

Some limited information (for example, payment or billing records processed through Stripe) may be retained where required by law or legitimate business necessity. In such cases, only the minimum legally necessary data is kept, and it is securely stored and isolated from any active user systems.

Compliance Logging

All deletion requests are timestamped and logged (including date, source, and reference ID) to demonstrate compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and the Meta Platform Terms.
